Vantera publishes no marketing. It publishes how it owns. These principles are the whole of it.

Permanence

We hold for the long term. We are not a fund and we have no exit timeline.

Private companies deserve private shareholders. We do not publish our holdings beyond statutory filings.

We are independent and privately held. Our decisions are our own and are taken in Cyprus.

We own; we do not operate. The companies we hold are run by their own boards and management.

What we state matches the register, always. When the register changes, we update within the same week.
